1. Agreement Scope

• These Terms govern access to and use of our website, digital services, and mobile applications operated by Henan Qiandianxue Network Technology Co., Ltd.
• By using our services, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies, including the Privacy Policy.
• If you use services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Categories

We provide integrated business services including information technology consulting services; network platform technology research and development; artificial intelligence application development; short-video content planning and production; cultural creative art design; brand planning and promotion; self-media operation services; data processing and storage services; online sales operations for daily goods, home products, and beauty accessories; and computer software and hardware sales and maintenance.

3. Mobile Application Distribution and App Market Terms

• Our mobile applications may be distributed via Google Play, Apple App Store, and other lawful app marketplaces.
• You must comply with the terms, policy rules, billing conditions, and content restrictions of the marketplace from which you download the application.
• Platform owners are not parties to this Agreement unless explicitly stated by platform-specific terms.
• Where platform policies impose additional obligations, those obligations are incorporated into your use of our applications.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

• You must meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction to use our services independently.
• If you are below the required age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where permitted by law.
• For child-directed or age-restricted scenarios, we may limit features, apply stricter data controls, and restrict personalized advertising.

5. Account, Access, and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and update it when needed.
• You agree not to interfere with service security, circumvent controls, reverse engineer restricted components, or use services for unlawful activities.

6. Commercial Terms and Payments

• Business services may be delivered under statements of work, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, or separate commercial contracts.
• Payment terms, tax obligations, delivery milestones, and acceptance standards are defined in applicable transaction documents.
• Late payments may result in service suspension where legally permitted and contractually provided.

7. Advertising, Monetization, and In-app Commercial Features

• Applications may display splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and permitted native ad formats.
• Ad delivery may involve mediation and demand sources such as Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Pangle, Mintegral, Liftoff Monetize, Chartboost, InMobi, Moloco, Fyber, Smaato, PubMatic, and other compliant partners.
• You agree that ad display, ad frequency control, reward logic, and anti-fraud validation are part of normal service operations.
• Where laws require consent, ad personalization and related tracking are subject to user choice and regional compliance controls.

8. User Content and Conduct

• You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display such content solely for service operation and support.
• You must not upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.
• We may remove content or restrict access when required by law, policy, platform rules, or safety controls.

9. Intellectual Property

• All rights in our platforms, software, service materials, trademarks, logos, and site content are owned by Henan Qiandianxue Network Technology Co., Ltd or lawful licensors.
• Except as expressly authorized, no license is granted to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit our intellectual property.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• For enterprise projects, additional data processing terms may apply by contract.
• Users are responsible for lawful use of any customer data they submit through our tools.

11. Availability, Changes, and Maintenance

• We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, and operational quality.
• Planned maintenance and urgent remediation may temporarily affect service availability.
• We are not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms, networks, or force majeure events.

12. Compliance with International Laws

• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws relevant to your use of our services.
• Services may be restricted where law, sanctions, export control, licensing requirements, or platform policy limitations apply.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis except where a written contract states otherwise.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our aggregate liability for claims related to services is limited to the amount paid by the claimant for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the event, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Henan Qiandianxue Network Technology Co., Ltd, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access where needed for legal compliance, security protection, non-payment, policy violation, or misuse.
• Termination does not remove obligations accrued before termination, including payment and lawful usage obligations.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law or specific signed contract terms, this Agreement is governed by applicable laws associated with the service entity and transaction context.
• Parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed through competent courts or agreed arbitration mechanisms as provided by contract or law.

18. Changes to Terms

• We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical, business, or platform policy updates.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless law requires additional consent procedures.
